When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Processing of your order depends on the volume of orders in que before yours, and could take up to 5 business days. However, most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
What is the glitter made from?
Our glitter is made from paper. It’s so fine you could use it in hair gel, body lotion, suntan oil, lip gloss, over eye shadow, over nail polish that has not dried yet and many other products you already use. Since it’s made from paper you could wear it by your eyes, even if you wear contacts.
Why can't I see the color chart?
Our color chart opens up in a pop up window, therefore it
may be blocked by your pop-up blocker. If you have a pop-up
blocker turned on, you may need to disable it.
How do I apply the jewels?
All the jewels we sell on this site can be applied with the eyelash glue.
What are the eyelashes made from?
The eyelashes are made from various fibers. We offer tinsel eyelashes, feather eyelashes, faux feather eyelashes that are made from plastic, human hair eyelashes, human hair with glitter eyelashes, glow in the black light made from plastic eyelashes, faux fur eyelashes plus eyelashes adorned with jewels and beads.
Are the hosiery styles one size fits all?
We offer both one size fits all and queen size fishnets, stockings, thigh hi's and garter belt stockings.
What are the wigs, bangs & hairpieces made from?
Synthetic fibers like toyokalon and kanekelon.
Can I wash my wig or hairpiece?
Yes, you can wash it only if you follow directions on the care tag.
Do the wigs come in sizes?
Most come in an average size of 21.5’-22.5’ and are one size fits most. They have adjustable straps inside the wig cap for a snug, comfortable fit, you can tighten or loosen as need. The bob wig is not adjustable and doesn't fit long thick hair.
Can I style my wig with heat from a hair-dryer or curling iron?
Excessive heat will melt or frizz the plastic in the synthetics, so we don't recommend styling any of the wigs with heat from any source, but if your experienced with wigs you can try a lukewarm curling iron for re-setting the curls of a curly piece. Style wigs with tons of super hold aerosol hairspray and lots of patience (they may have to set over night).
The curls came out of my curly wig can it be re-curled or re-set?
1. Pin the your piece to a Styrofoam head.
2. Use rollers that are the same size of the curls on the piece. Old fashioned wire mesh rollers work best, but any rollers will do.
3. Set the curls with perm paper (available at the beauty supply store) while dry to determine curl direction and style. After the curls are set, submerge the entire hairpiece in hot water to set the curls for 15-20 seconds, repeat as necessary, just don't leave in water to much or over do it because the heat will frizz the hair. Roll small amounts of hair at a time for the best curly result.
4. Unroll one piece of hair to see if it is the desired curl. Once it becomes curly enough for you dip the wig in icy cold tap water or spray it with a spray bottle that has been filled with some ice and water.
5. Allow the hair piece to air dry overnight.
6. When dry remove rollers from the bottom of the piece up and then lightly spray with hairspray.
What style will best fit my face shape?
Oval, Square, Round, Heart & Pear, Oblong are the 6 types of face shapes. Use these tips to find the style that is right for you.
Oval face shape - The oval shaped face is characterized by the evenly proportioned features. It is longer than it is wide, with the jaw narrower than the cheekbones. This shaped face looks good with just about any hairstyle, length or texture. Now color on the other hand, is a totally different topic.
Square - The square shaped face is characterized by a wide hairline and jaw. For this shape face add height or waves to top with long sides to diffuse the square shape. Add height to the face by choosing a side part wig such as the desire wig, keeping hair off the forehead. Try curly or wavy textures or wisps of hair around the face to diffuse the wide, straight lines common to a square shaped face.
Round - The round shaped face is characterized by a wide hairline and fullness below the cheekbones. This shaped face looks good with a geometric or linear style. Choose one that hides up the "round" appearance such as the bob wig or the china wig, the sides make the cheeks look narrow. Height is a great thing with this style.
Heart - The heart shaped face is characterized by a wide forehead and a narrow chin. Disguise the width of the forehead with any length bang. Keep hair close to the front of the face all around, keeping it slightly full around the jaw and over earlobes.
Pear - The pear shaped face is characterized by a forehead that is narrower than the large jaw line. Add width from the eye level through the crown of the head. Hair should be close to the head on the sides and at the nape.
Oblong - The oblong shape face is characterized by a very long and narrow bone structure. The goal for oblong face shapes is to present an illusion of the oval shape. To create this illusion use a fringe or our bangs to cut off the forehead. Curls at the crown and nape of the neck also create the illusion of an oval shape.
What color should I buy?
If you are thinking of dyeing your hair try wearing a wig in the color you are thinking of changing your hair color to. It’s a great way to find out if the other color is really what you want, without damaging your own natural hair.
Eye color will help you to determine what color will look good on you. For example blue eyes standout when framed with a red wig. If red is your shade, look to the complexion to select the proper red, with fair complexions favoring the light reds and dark complexions favoring the auburns.
Complexion is very important when selecting your hair color. Create a strong contrast for a pale complexion by choosing a jet black hair piece while a dark complexion looks fabulous with the auburns. Dark brown complexions are best with light chocolate hair or Jet black # 1.
If your looking for a play wig in wild party colors you might still want to take your complexion into consideration.
Can I cook in my wig ?
The only way we suggest cooking in a wig, if you absolutely have to, is to wear a short wig that doesn't have bangs such as the mod wig. Tie a 3-6 inch scarf around it tying it behind your neck to hold back your hair. Make sure you pull it down and tight in front to prevent air from gathering up there. don't stand over to much steam. When removing a lid from a pan stand back away from the stove allowing steam to disperse before stirring or looking into pan. When you open the oven make sure to stand to the side and do not stand near the opening until all the heat has left the area.
How can you add streaks of color to the wigs pictured on this site?
Color streaks on wig can be made when you add our color hair strips to the wig. Attach the color strips to the wig with the toupee comb by placing your thumbs in the center of the clip and your two index fingers on the outside of the toupee clip. Or you could buy one of our new streaked colored wigs.
How can I Remove the color strips from my hair or wig?
Just place your index fingers on the center of the clip and push down on the sides of the clip with your thumbs. After it pops open remove it gently by pulling up away from the head.
How do I know my wig will be in good condition when it arrives at my house?
All wigs are inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and they are never sent out in unsatisfactory condition. |
